Hi Friends,
I am using SUSE 10.0 with kernel 2.6. I bought broadband connection yesterday. My modem is ADSL modem connected with usb to my PC. I am able to find that the device is installed . How I confirmed that is, I am able to see the device mounted on /dev/bus/usb/001/003 and also I am able to find this in /proc/bus/usb/003 . I don't know How I want to proceed further. Pls guide me to configure my modem in the Linux. I don't have GUI installed in my system as it's server. If possible ,pls give me some link to configure the modem by step by step process as i am new to linux. Thanks in advance Raghul |

That way, all you need is a working nic. If you can get it going, there are text mode browsers, like lynx. |
