Secur32.dll not found

Can someone please help me. During installation of the
Linksys wireless PC adapter on my Windows 98, 2nd ed PC,
I get a message that says to insert my Win 98 CD and when
I do it says that this file cannot be found: secur32.dll

Can anyone tell me how to find this file or how else to
resolve this? Thanks.
