httptunnel + Novell BorderManager problem

Hi,

I am trying to tunnel out from behind the Novell BorderManager proxy
with httptunnel. The connection just hangs (htc hangs on a 'read' from
the proxy, the proxy is connected to hts just fine). Everything works
fine when squid is the proxy. Is there anything I can do about the
BorderManager? I tried different buffering and content size switches
on the htc but nothing seems to make any difference.
