Default How do I get rid of the Windows Logon when using a network?

I have an NT network running NT 4.0 servers and 9x/2K
clients. Each client gets a network logon when they boot
up their computer, and then afterwards they get a windows
logon as well. I've tried removing all of the .pwl files,
I've tried removing all of the users, I've tried putting
in a blank password. I just can't seem to figure it out.

Thanks for the help,
Charlie
