Default win 98 se network problem

I have WIN 98 SE and when I click on Network in the
control panel the network window pops up but it only has
one selection tab, (configuration) and it is missing the
other two tabs. How can I fix it?
Thanks
Frank

Let's see... the other two are "identification" and "share control" if I
remember correctly?
Share control should only appear if file and printer sharing is enabled,
I beleive.
As for identification, ... hmm. I'm not sure.
What protocols are installed?

The Identification and Access Control tabs appear when you install
either Client for Microsoft Networks or File and Printer Sharing for
Microsoft Networks.
