Our small business uses Cox Cable for internet access. We have been
using a Cox installed and configured Netscreen Router. Agreement changes (initiated by Cox) required us to provide our own router. Changed to a Linksys BEFSX41 Firewall Router. Now, our download speeds seem to be only about 25% of what we enjoyed using the Cox Router. Measured this (before and after installation) using http://www.pcpitstop.com/internet/Bandwidth.asp . Yeah, I know a lot of things can affect speed, and online tests can be sketchy , but this seems extreme. Any ideas?. BTW-I'm holding right now for Cox tech support. Thanks. -- Quality is a function of design, materials, and craftsmanship. Inspection can only confirm quality or reveal deficiencies. In no case, can quality be inspected into anything.
