Does Windows 98 have a firewall and how do I disable it?

Windows 98 doesn't have a built-in firewall program.

Someone might have installed a third-party firewall program, such as
Norton, McAfee, ZoneAlarm, Sygate, eTrust, PC-cillin, etc. Click
Start | Programs and look for one.

Not as standard no. Have you installed anything else like Norton or Zone
Alarm?
