I have several Win98se Pc's on our network. I have one that when you go to
"Network Neighborhood" and look at the properties the properties window (The following network components are installed) is blank. The Pc connects and works OK on the network but I can't see any of the properties. I need to check the gateway for this machine and I might be re-IPing them soon. How do I get the properties back? Is there a registry setting that controls whether or not you can see this information? Brad Brad Schmitz |

when all else fails... I uninstalled my network card and reinstalled.
upon re-installing my network neighborhood came back and all I had to do was re-input some of the data, IP, subnet, and gateway. the rest was saved, DNS, computer name and group.
