98 can not connect with internet

I have cisco 805 router installed and win2000 is my server. All the winxp
machines can connect to the internet and they can see the network shares as
well. But win98 machine can not access internet but can see network shares.
I've enable DHCP for clients and given the correct domain name. In addition
I can not see 98 machine in Active directory. Please help me to solve this
problem. Any way I can ping yahoo.com but cann't access via ie browser.

is the IP of the win98 machine comming from the DHCP server ? which is
doing the DHCP ...2003 or the router?

i hav set automatically obtain ip address. no DHCP server is installed.

that doesn't jive with this line "I've enable DHCP for clients and given
the correct domain name"

is the client being served a proper IP? (similar to the rest)

cisco 805 router - 203.203.203.145 (example ip's)
server -203.203.203.146
domain mane - rsp.com
ip address - obtain an ip automatically
obtain DNS server address automatically
IP settings tab -DHCP enabled
LAN properties for server
ip address - 192.168.0.1

sbnetmask - 255.255.255.0
Preferred DNS server 127.0.0.1
I can c 98 machine in network neiborhood.
I can not c 98 machine in active directory.
98 can't connect to the internet.
98 can ping external ip such as 216.109.112.135
when trying to connet to the internet it shows
//C:\windows\system\shdoclc.dll\dnserror.htm

pls help ,i highly appreciate any help

so you are trying to use your local machine as a DNS server ? just disable
DNS on that machine and everything should work.
