I would like to force the CUPS print system to use the print filters,
even if the external print job comes from a Windows (2K) system. Apparently the default is to bypass filters when the job originates from a Windows system. Filters are properly used when the job originates from a Linux system, or even from a Win98 system. (We have some people using a Windows application that isn't able to drive a large-format printer on our network, but can output Postscript.) Any ideas would be appreciated. -frank -- Frank Miles |
