lost or deleted file

I had to reinstall Windows 98 when the floppy drive on my
system needed to be replaced. In so doing I reinstalled
all my files. The only problem I had was networking back
with my office system to shares printers and files.
When I boot up the process stops and advises file
Z:VVINESD.386 is missing. How can I retrieve this or where
can I download this? Z was the network drive we designated.
This system was networked with a system using windows 2000
NT.
