Default Routing

Hi ....

I want to route into the hamnet 44/8 and want to connect to
Radio-Amateur-Stations like vk2pk-5.ampr.org,
IP 44.136.11.1.
I connect over an ISP with a modem and PPP0 into the Internet, using
Linux Redhat 7.1.

What must I do to realize this ?

Many thanks in advance for your help.

Heinz

I answered in detail your request on 4 November in this forum.

If you don't read the responses to your queries, then why even bother asking
them?

Ich beantwortete im Detail Ihren Antrag am November 4 in diesem Forum. Wenn
Sie nicht die Antworten zu Ihren Fragen lesen, dann stören Sie warum sogar,
um um sie zu bitten?

Hi.....

thank you for your reply.

I'm a Newbi and I think in my first request my expression was not correct.

All I want ist the route to vk2pk-5.ampr.org.
(route add ....??)

If I did disturb anybody I beg your pardon.

Best regards

Heinz

The only disturbance was repeating the question already answered to.

The host vk2pk-5.ampr.org is 44.136.11.1. It does not seem to be online. A
route trace got up to 128.54.16.18 after 18 hops from here.

If your default gateway and namew service are properly set up so that you
can get to the Internet (as it obviously is as you can post here), the
routing is set up.

It's not a matter of routing. I provided a URL in this thread to the Linux
software that's needed to access ampr.org.
