Default Network printer & Cups - What about you ?

Hi list,

One simple question to people who use Cups 1.1.x and an HP LaserJet Postscript
printer (ex 2200DN).

If I open a simple picture of 600x400 75Kb, when I click on the 'Print'
button the printer Led blinks (it receives data) but I have to wait about
3 minutes before it prints. Is it normal ?

Thanks.
Paul

Yes. Bitmapped graphics take forever to print on any but the most
high-end Postscript printers.
