Default 98SE cannot "see" my wireless laptop

Hi all,
I've got a wireless laptop with XP and a wired PC with
98SE. The laptop can access the PC and the internet,
however the PC cannot access the laptop shared files. Any
help would be appreciated... My network has the same
name, computers individually named and everything works
except for the PC "seeing" the laptop on the network.
Thanks.

Does the laptop show up in the wired PC's Network Neighborhood as you
imply with, "..cannot access the laptop shared files.", or does the
laptop not appear at all? If it appears but you can't access files,
you may not have sharing completely set up. If it does not appear, you
may have a firewall that is preventing the PC from accessing the
network. Did you run the WinXP Wizard on the laptop and on the PC?
