W98 print sharing

A recent W98 addition to my router-fed network shows no
sign of being on the network. It can be pinged and can
use the internet. It has client for MS network, TCP/IP,
NetBios. It does not have fire walls. My 1st hope is to
at least access the network printer. ...Any thoughts?
