I have a windows 98 box logging on to an NT domain.
Problem is that when the pc boots up it goes right to the desktop and does not prompt for the username and password. I believe this has something to do with password caching for the domain but not sure how to correct this. Any help would be appreciated. tom |

Using REGEDIT, open up the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\ Network\Real Mode Net and delete the value named "AutoLogon" if it exists. Reboot the system and that should do it. -- Richard G.
