can't access shared folder in win98 from winXP

I've got two PC in my office. One using Windows XP and the
other one using Windows 98 SE. They're coneccted through
company's LAN network. The problem is that i can't access
shared folder in Win98 from Win XP (not accessible) but i
can access Win XP's shared folder from Win98. How can
encounter this problem?
