Cisco 350 bridge vx works to IOS conversion (WPA)

I see that there is a tool to convert the Cisco 350 access points from
VX works to IOS, but I can't seem to locate one for the 350 bridge.

Any pointers appreciated.

Also, these bridges only seem to support WEP, I would like to be able
to run WPA.

Again, any pointers appreciated.
