linksys wireless

I have a WTCG54G linksys wireless camera and I have a problem with the
camera not updating the explorer screen. The directions tell you to
enter in the IP address in the address bar. It shows a picture but it
looks like it took a snapshot not real time video. When I refresh
Explorer I get an error and it closes down explorer. Don't know the
problem. Anybody else experience this problem.

does it work properly with the viewing utility that comes on the c.d.?

Are you entering just the IP, ie. http://192.168.1.1 or /image.jpg?
When you enter the IP, does it redirect to a longer URL?

If you view the source, what is the source?
