I'm not sure how you use ad-hoc. Can I set up two computers with wireless
nics only. One has internet and share it with the other. I'm using XP. Would
appreciate if someone could tell me how to set this up.
Thanks Ed

Does the machine with internet access connect to that service through a
standard Ethernet port? If so,

Go into Network properties.

Select both the the network card connected to the internet AND the Wireless
card (hold down the Control key).

Right click

Select Bridge

Now they'll share internet access.
