Thanks for posting this mike1959! I had the exact same problem! I lived with it for a while, but last night I tried *enabling* UPnP. I still have 128-bit WEP enabled. So far, the connection has been u for about 16 hours now! Far better than the 4 hours or less I ha before. Netgear support had me change the Max MTU on the WGU624. I did so, bu I don't think it changes anything as I'm not using the Interne connection on the router at all. We'll see how it goes. I didn't have these problems with my ol WGR614+HE102 combo... =( I wonder if this is why the latest firmware 1.0.1.9 has UPnP enabled b default?? BTW: If you're using Access Control, do you find that your description get replaced by garbage like "0,0,0,enable,0,0,00" after you Apply th list then browse away and back to the Access List?
