I have tried setting up two workgroups in a peer to peer
arrangement. 1 workgroup (which was the existing workgroup) called Staff and the new one i put in called Students. Both share the 1 ADLS connection.Everything on the staff workgroups (ie PCs) can be viewed in my network neighborhood. No problem. When i open up network neighborhood for the student workgroup, none can be seen. I have ensured that all workgrouop names are the same, file and print sharing are on etc. As soon as i rename all the student workgroup pcs to staff, i can see all the pcs listed in network neighborhood. Its as though i cant create a seperate workgroup other than staff. I must be missing something obvious. A step by step process would be great to have. Thanks in advance |

What happens if you put two or more PCs into the Students workgroup and then
walk away from them for at least 15 minutes? Does browsing work then? -- Richard G.
