dhcp

Hi all
Here's my problem: I have a win98SE client on my network, winnt 4 domain, I'm using dhcp, this computer cannot get an IP from my dhcp, but if I configure the card with a static IP, it's working only that I can't browse the network. Any sugestions? I've reinstalled TCP/IP, changed the net card, changet the PCI slot, same results
