SBC Yahoo DSL question!

Hello! I recently tried installing SBC Yahoo DSL on my
computer running Windows 98! It installs the software just
fine! But when it tries to attempt a connection, I get the
following error: "Unexpected error: A problem was
encountered while trying to establish a connection. Please
contact SBC Yahoo DSL Customer Support for assistance in
resolving this problem" I tried contacting them but they
were of no help! I had to install a ethernet card too for
the DSL connection if that helps out any! Any help would
be appreciated in resolving this issue!

OK! I got my DSL to work. Now I am having trouble setting
up Microsoft Outlook Express 6 to connect using my DSL
connection. How do I go about doing this?
