Net start error

Whe I start win98, I get a net start error
Error #7323
NDISHLPsys
network transport drivers failed to load.
The screen closes and the computer works normally (as far
asI can tell)
I am able to get on the internet using my AOL account
How do I correct this error , or atlease get rid of the
message?

Why are there two C:\
How do I fix this?

I get the same thing plus (2) invalid value for binding specified.
Error: cannot find LSL

Sounds like a fellow sufferer.
Now if only someone out there could provide a solution.
I wonder if it is related to AOL or not
