Default how do delete rogue folder on network computer

I configured our Win 98 SE computer for our wireless home
network, but when I click on that computer in the network
neighborhood, it indicates that there is a folder
called "D" which I can neither access nor delete. Should
I delete all network configs and just start from scratch?
