Unable to browse the network:

Walt, I don't have an answer, but the same/similar
problem: when I click on Network Neighborhood, I get:

"Unable to browse the network. The network is not
accessible. For more information, look in the Help Index
at the topic 'Network Troubleshooter'."

let me know what you find, and I, likewise.
