I've got one of these which has been working fine for some time, now all of
a sudden the wireless part of it doesn't work. No 'wireless' indicator light on the front, and no access from my wireless laptop. The desktop is fine and I can surf, email no problems through it. I tried support, they suggested upgrade to the latest firmwear which I did, no difference. The really weird part is when you go in to configure it by going to 192.168.0.1, there is no wireless settings on the menu at the left - support can't explain this - not even a menu heading 'wireless settings' which used to be there They want me to send it back for replacement, but of course that's going to take a week or more (I'm on the west coast of Australia and support is on the east coast). Its like I'm getting a non wireless configuration page - is this possible? Is the page held inside the box? I'm just trying to avoid sending it back if its something really simple! Bear |
