Default No sharing in 98se

I networked my 98se and XP machines last night and they
share the internet connection and the 98 machine can see
the XP shared folder. The problem is there is no option
to share files on the 98se machine. I right-click on a
folder but there is no "sharing" option. I click and
folder and choose properties and there is no sharing
tab. File and Printer Sharing has been installed, I just
can't say what I want to share. Also the 98se machine
doesn't show up in network neighborhood. I did re-
install 98 over a previous install and don't remember
installing ICS (if that is necessary). It's really not
that big of a deal but I'd like to share files and the
printer between machines. Thanks for any help you may
provide. And please no snide comments, I don't pretend
to know anything about networking.

On 98se:

1. Un-install File and Printer Sharing.
2. Reboot.
3. Install File and Printer Sharing.
4. Reboot and try sharing folders again.
