network neghborhood

i've managed to install network neighborhood on my
desktop.how do i get rid of the damn thing.

right click on the icon and click on properties
click on "client for microsoft networks" and hit remove.

this will force you to reboot and you will not have any network connections
or file sharing capabilities at all.
