Viomax USB NetLinker & missing files

Hi !

I'm trying to install a USB Netlinker on my HP 6640C
pavallion (Win 98SE), but each time it asks for my "USB
Adapter" disk and cannot find files M5633.bin and VNic.sys.

The restore disk that my PC uses a .img file to install
windows, so I can't use that. And the other disk
(application install) does not have the files either.

I cannot find the company on the Web, so I do not know if
they are even in business anymore.

Any Ideas ???

P.S However, it installs perfectly on my HP Laptop
running Windows XP Professional.
