Default Win Xp, Win98 Network with Router and Hub

Hi guys
I have a network of 8 computers. I am using one 4 port D-Link router
and one 8 port Hub. 3 computers are connected to router and rest to
Hub. Hub is uplinked from router. All the computers are sharing
Internet fine but can't browse each other. They are pinging too. 2
computers connected to router are running WinXP and rest all are
Win98. I am using DHCP available on router. 3 Computer on router are
browsing each other and rest are shaking hands among them. Please help
me as I have struck at this point.
