IE not working, Netscape does

Hi all

I ahve a problem with IE, it does not see the internet at
all - "Page Not Found" error. However, Outlook Express
accesses email and Netscape accesses web pages.

I have reinstalled IE many times now (and even used the
IEradicator tool).

I would appreciate any ideas as to what might be causing
this problem?
