fatal tcpip configuration error

Morning all.

ok were do i start!

can any one advise me on restoring tcpip network connectivity,

the computer in question has been exposed to that newdot.net plugin via
kazza, which has since been removed.

now theres no net conectivity.
have removed newdot.net plug in
have reinstalled and reistalled the tcpip stack several times
ipconfig produces following
fatal tcpip configuration error

any help or advice greatly appreciated.

good point, sorry fogot to mention that i had scanned and cleaned several
viruses
but did not check for adware or spyware
thanks for the advice will try ad /spyware removal
