Running XP Pro on desktop & laptop desktop connected to router by network
cable laptop by wireless card My question is how do I set the desktop to be the master browser for the home network I have setup right now the laptop seems to be acting as the master browser as when I open up network connections on the desktop it shows just the connection but on the laptop it shows the wireless connection & Incoming connections I was led to believe that this is not correct any help or advice is greatly appreciated Thanks Glenn -- "We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail" ------President George W. is there a reason why you have your network set up as a peer to peer? I
have a similar network set up at my home and I have it set up as an Infrastructure, have had no problems at all. |
