Default Dell TrueMobile 2300 Wireless Router IPSec Passthrough

Does anyone know how to enable IPSec passthrough on the Dell
Truemobile 2300 Wireless Router. Is it enabled by default? If so,
can it be disabled?

Dell's knowledge base doesn't answer this, and they will not accept
email support on this product. I have now spent 2 1/2 hours on hold
over 2 days, and have been disconnected twice while on hold.

Thanks!
Jim

Good luck with Dell support, they used to be good, then they moved to
India, problems occurred (support sucked, no clear lines of communication
within Dell for problems that could not be handled in India). They moved
back to the US, but don't seem to have addressed the underlying problem of
the left hand is not allowed to deal with the right hand. I know support
costs money, but poor support costs repeat customers. I bought my last Dell
and made my last Dell recommendation in 2003. Going forward, I tend toward
anyone but Dell if you think you might need support for a product they
sell.
