Default ICS not working

Hi all,

I have the following setup but cant seem to get Internet Connection Sharing
working.. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have the Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router WRT54G-UK attached to a PC
with which connects to the internet via my usb ADSL modem. I can get file
sharing working over wireless & wired but can only get ICS working over
wired connection to the Linksys Router... Even tho I can still see the
shared connection in the connections window when on wireless.

ALl Pc's are using XP pro.

thanks all.

I use the protocols NwLink IPX/SPX Netbios compatible and TCP/IP, instead
of Netbeui. That fixed the problem on the Win 2k and XP pro machines
with the Linksys 11S4 router and WEP enabled.

You should have a host based FW active on the machines when using Netbios
protecting the Windows Networking Ports.

Or you can do it with IPsec that's on the XP O/S.

You can apply the AnalogX IPsec Config file and you're covered.

If you're using Simple File sharing on the XP pro O/S, then you should
disable it and use the classic way of doing sharing.
