Default DFS shares with Windows 98

I have had an ongoing issue with Win98 machines
disconnecting from the DFS shares located across three W2K
servers. It seems that after about an hour all shares are
disconnect and you thne have to reboot the workstation to
re-attach.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Chavis Martin

Try disabling autodisconnect as shown in this article ... note that the fix
needs to be applied to the server, not to the client; you may have to reboot
the client, not the server, once applied.
