Absolutely terrible UK Customer Support and constant faults on equipment requiring replacement. Old equipment repackaged and supplied as "new". Definitely a company to avoid - especially with the many problems of the DSL904 package. They have a known problem with the transmit part of the access point failing after a few months. One classic was a DLINK rep telling me to connect to the router via the web interface after repeatedly telling him that the computer couldn't detect the network because the router didn't transmit ! Then there was the usual finding of reference/serial numbers and unrelated bar code info from the box! Unbelievable poor service from DLINK. |
