Default ref: DNS



Server client network. Is my primary DNS my server(domain controller). I
think it should be.Can anyone confirm this?

Assuming you mean that you have a Windows 2000/2003 domain based network
then yes. Don't make it a root server though or you won't be able to resolve
external domains. You may wish to add your ISPs DNS as a forwarder.

doesn't have to be, but usually is, otherwise you won't resolve stuff on
your lan...
