Default wireless networkin prob

Hi

I have a desktop and laptop which i am trying to network via wireless lan.
I have gone through the wizards and enabled shared connection and shared
folder.

All should be well but when i open internet explorer it wants to try and
dial my internet ISP, i assume a LAN should be listed. Also the shared
folder on my laptop (2nd computer) does not show any items in my desktop
(1st computer)

I am sure i am almost there but not sure what is missing.

any advice appreciated

Gary

Go into Control Panel, Internet Options, Connections. Select the "Never
dial a connection" box.

Then run Netowrk Setup Wizard on the laptop and turn on File and
Printer Sharing and it should configure the Firewall to allow it.
