I'm having trouble connecting to the internet through my ethernet card.I
have a motorola surfboard cable modem and a dlink ethernet card. Everything is ok if i use the usb connection form the pc to the CM,i can connect to the internet ok.But if i uninstall the usb drivers and connect from the ethernet card to the modem i cant access the internet.Anyone any idea why that is please. Untill you do this your BBand connection via ethernet won't work Find out your MAC address and whilst your connected via your USB register it in the selfcare section. You can register upto 5 x MAC address's for different devices, e.g. PC's, and/or a router. Clansman |

have you tried powering down th modem for a while then back on the turning
