Its a free upgrade (IIRC?) for 150k users to 300k. Users on 600k get an
upgrade to 750 for free as well.

NTL have announced price increases on several, if not all,
broadband products. Telewest announced, after similar
increases, that their products will benefit from increases
in speed around May/June. NTL then announced similar speed
increases, due in "summer", whenever that appears on NTL's
calendar. All this has been debated in these groups
relentlessly over the past week or so, been out of the
country?..;-)

You sure about his for NTL? There is talk of price increase in June
for the 1MB service - but no talk about extra bandwidth.

Here is link to their new price lists and letters to go out to
customers on it. No mention

It's all true!

150k --> 300k (free)
600k --> 750k (free)
1m --> 1.5m (price increase as advertised)

Haven't got the link but there's a press release on ntl.com somewhere :-)
