win2000 to XP home slow first access.

Hi

i have 4 PC's all using the linksys befsr41 and all have internet access via
broadband.

Problem i have is with a win2000 pc accessing an XP home pc. It does show up
on network but is very slow to show shared folders. Normal data transfer
seems fine.
