Internet Connection Sharing Problem?

When ever i have my two computers networked ICS automatically start up, when
you try to disconnect it just automatically starts re-dialling, can anyone
help?
(Both computers are using Windows XP)

look at the properties for your connection* in network and look at
Advanced and see if establish connection if other computers etc and
the other one


* double click the icon in the running bar at the bottom and look
there
