MS Router with D-Link eye2eye webcam

Wanted to find out if there was a way to run these 2
products together. The D-Link instructions lead me to
believe that you need to open about 7 ports for access
but the administrator section of the router does not
appear to allow that or have settings to make the
adjustments manually.
Does anyone know how to get around this.
