can't asscess network management tool

I am unable to access my base station or its management
tool. I was able to access the base station only in the
beginning after I installed it. The only configuration
changes I made were to change the password and disable
wirless networking (since I am curently only using
ethernet cable network throughout my home).

I receive the following error message:

Gateway Timeout
The following error occurred:
[code=GATEWAY_TIMEOUT] A gateway timeout occurred. The
server is unreachable. Retry the request.
