My new laptop has an intell 802.11g card but i cannot get
on the internet thru wireless MN-700. It says I am connected to the network but it will not "get out". Anyone know how to solve this? I have checked the key's are the same etc. but still no luck! Todd |

Sometimes it helps disabling WEP on the router and the
card, setting everything up, and only then enabling WEP. You may find the problem is elsewhere... For the key make sure the key type, and key length is teh same. Also you need to scroll to see the key in the 700. A good way to get the right key is to copy/paste it into a notepad file, and then using a floppy to transfer it to the other computer, and then copy/paste back into the wifi card. Also make sure Windows Wireless Zero Configuration is enabled, and you didn't set any MAC filtering on the router before. You can also look in the router under security/logs for any information that may help us diagnose the issue. >-----Original Message----- >My new laptop has an intell 802.11g card but i cannot get >on the internet thru wireless MN-700.
