wireless connection lost when i get a phone call

Default wireless connection lost when i get a phone call



can you tell me why when i get a phone call it knocks my
laptop off line? i am using dsl.

Three things.

First only post once as people answer questions in there spare time &
posting the same question tends to make people less likely to be willing
to help you.

Second do you have DSL filters on all of your phones?

Third do you have a cordless phone that uses the 2.4 Ghz frequency
(please note that some 5.8 Ghz phones do this)?

Adding to nbr 3 above, you may be able to avoid the
interference by changing the channel on router/card and the
phone to extreme settings -- if #3 is your problem
