Default Stop Error when File Sharing



When using any file-sharing client (Shareaza, Limwire,
WinMX, Kiwi), stop error blue screen occurs with 0xD1 in
NDIS.sys and DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. DateStamp
3eaf051d.

Intermittently dumps memory (not all the time).

I have updated my MN-130 ethernet drivers to the latest
available.
I am running Windows 2000 Professional, 448MB RAM, AMD
Duron 901 MHz, ~6GB free disk space, increased swap space
to between 670 and 700MB on Drive C:\, and the same on
Drive D:\.

I have decreased Maximum Transfers in the file-sharing
clients to 60.
